We make our best effort to deliver your rental items by 6:30 pm on your check in day.  Our busiest days are Saturday and Sunday.  Please be patient and call our office if your items have not been delivered by 6:30 pm. If you would like your rental items to be delivered before 1 p.m. on your arrival date, simply ask for Express Delivery, $25 additional charge.

You do not have to be present for us to deliver your rental order.  Your items will be left in the carport area, except for baby equipment and condo unit deliveries,  which will be left inside.  Please leave all of your rental items outside of your unit on check-out day.  

Rental orders can be taken online, by phone, fax, or mail.  All orders placed at least 2 weeks prior to your check-in day shall receive a confirmation receipt in the mail or email.

Availability is guaranteed with at least 2 weeks advance request and payment.  Availability will not be guaranteed without payment.

We deliver 7 days a week.

Grilling on the decks is strictly prohibited.   Please grill on the concrete or in designated areas.

Orders cancelled more than one week prior to delivery shall receive a full refund.   Orders cancelled less than one week prior to delivery will receive a full refund less a $10.00 administrative fee.  As of delivery day we cannot offer refunds but will be glad to make exchanges for items of comparable value based on availability.
