MONEYSWORTH JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Moneysworth is a full service rental company serving vacation rental properties from Ocean Hill to Hatteras Inlet on the northern Outer Banks of North Carolina and Virginia Beach.   Listed below are the responsibilities which apply to the positions we have available. The last section applies to both categories. The positions below are available during the summer only but we do promote from within for long term management positions.
W e have seasonal positions available in our Virginia Beach store. Please specify your interest in our Virginia Beach location when submitting your application.

DELIVERY DRIVERS/WAREHOUSE PERSONNEL - Pay Rate: $8.25 per hour.  We also offer weekly incentives for exceptional service.
A. Deliver, set up, clean and pick up rental equipment.
B. Rent items from the delivery vehicle as instructed by the office.
C. Communicate with rental customers and real estate rental agents.
D. Perform numerous tasks such as assembling & repairing equipment, sorting linens & towels, loading & unloading delivery trucks, bagging linen sets, etc.
Please note: This position involves lifting equipment up and down stairs, setting up rental equipment and working in the summer heat. The work load will INCREASE as the summer progresses. This is not an air conditioned office job.

OFFICE ASSISTANTS / WAREHOUSE PERSONNEL - Pay Rate: $8.25 per hour plus $50 per week housing plus allowance, plus bonus for the Outer Banks locations.  $8.25 per hour plus bonus in Virginia Beach.  We also offer weekly incentives for exceptional service.
A. Processing rental orders
B. Communicate with rental customers and real estate rental agents
C. Bag linen sets, prepare linen orders, sort linens & towels, assist in maintaining quality rental products, etc.
D. Small deliveries to rental cottages and visiting real estate companies to place our flyers in their check-in packets.
All employees are subject to a two week trial period. After your second week we shall review your progress.
Housing reimbursement is applicable during your employment period. This allowance is only applicable to employees of our North Carolina stores. For full time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week the amount per week is $50 and is paid with each paycheck-no taxes are deducted from the housing allowance.  WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO SECURE HOUSING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 

Part time positions are available. Must work on Saturdays and Sundays.
Bonuses: An additional .50 per hour will be paid as a  bonus.   This will be paid one week after your final pay check. This .50 per hour will be forfeited if you are fired for theft or leave us prior to the ending date you provided on your employment agreement.
In addition we will withhold $8 for each shirt issued to you. All employees must purchase 3 shirts. Moneysworth shirts must always be worn when conducting business with rental customers & real estate companies.
The pay period runs from Saturday to Friday and pay checks are issued every Wednesday for the prior pay period.
All employees must sign a standard noncompetitive agreement, adhere to all company procedures and maintain a neat appearance.
The following is an example of the shifts that are available: Monday thru Thursday 9:00 - 6:00, Friday and Sunday 9:00 - 8:00, Saturday 8:30 til 8:30.   Everyone must work on Saturday and Sundays. You can accumulate 40 hours in 4 days, therefore having three days off each week.
